This is a great opportunity to rent a dream apartment in a perfect location in central Marbella. The complex is located on the beach with easy access to all amenities and nightlife.
The apartment is very silent with stunning view from the 7 meters long balcony. It has one of the best positions of the entire coast! Beautiful ´Old Town Marbella´, the quaint fishing port of Marbella and amazing shopping is just within a short stroll.
If you want to go to Puerto Banus you have to walk along the coastline, start at the marble paseo outside our door. Luxury spa and wellbeing center with gym (yoga, fitness classes, etc) offers moments away as is fishing, sailing, boat trips, new 8 screen cinema, and golf courses. Department store is just 3 minutes walking, and small friendly minimarket in 30 seconds!
Most cafes, bars and restaurants next door has WiFi.
The balcony is a perfect place to sit, relax and watch boats and people below sipping thier cool drinks!
The complex is very secure with a gated parking area. There are two swimming pools (open high season), the bigger is for adults and the smaller one is perfect for children.
There are recliner chairs that can be used on the balcony together with outside table and chairs. There are extra sun loungers and outdoor towels to take them to the beach a few steps away. S that you don´t need to rent chairs for 5-10 euros a day at the beach.
During the winter months the Sun is lower in the sky and fills the apartment with rays all day long-perfect to sunbathe while being half in the room and half on the terrace.In the summer the Sun is higher, only on the terrace, which keeps the apartment much cooler!
