RESIDENTIAL DALI
calle Salvador Allende 21, Bloque 4, Piso 2a
Torremolinos 29620, Málaga
A spacious, bright, light-flooded flat of 120 m2 consisting of a living room with a south-facing terrace, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a utility room with washing machine to accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. There is a double bed in each bedroom and a large sofa bed in the living room. The flat is conveniently furnished, with air-conditioning in summer and heating in winter, broadband internet access via its own password-protected WiFi network and a TV. The terrace offers protection from the sun with awnings to enjoy a book, a conversation or Spanish delicacies in the shade, with an acacia table, chairs and comfortable armchairs surrounded by greenery.
The Residencial Dali complex is considered one of the most successful architectural developments in this part of the coast, with its unique modernist architecture design. It consists of four intimate three-storey high standard buildings. A 24-hour security service is present on site, attending at the same time to the comfort of those using the pools and garden. The complex is surrounded by a magnificent, well-maintained and verdant garden with palm trees and araucarias, with two swimming pools and direct access to what is considered the most beautiful beach in the area, La Carihuela. There are facilities for the disabled, and a lift straight from the underground garage leading up to the flat door. There is a wheelchair ramp to the pool, as well as ramps for easy access to the building. A private parking space is located in the underground garage.
Situated directly on the sandy beach of La Carihuela and a walkway full of restaurants, the modernist complex blends in perfectly with the iconic, legendary Pez Espada Hotel with which it is adjacent, surrounded by greenery and palm trees providing shade and respite on hot summer days. In addition to the countless restaurants offering dishes of different cuisines, bars, there are three grocery shops, a pharmacy, a scooter rental shop, bike, kayak, pedal boat and SUP rentals in the area. Sailing enthusiasts can make use of the sailboat hire in the nearby Benalmadena marina.
It takes 40 minutes to get to the centre of Málaga by train or bus and the suburban train, and 20 minutes to get to Málaga airport. Just a 20-minute walk along the beach leads to the lift to the centre of Torremolinos, situated on a picturesque cliff.
